Which payment options do I have?
You will receive an invoice from us, at which point you will have 7 days to transfer the required amount to our account. Alternatively, you can pay using Paypal.

Where can I find my invoices?
We will send your invoices to the e-mail address you provided us with.

How is my personal data used?
We will not forward your personal data to third parties. We will only use it to process your purchases.

How do I receive my goods?
We will send your goods to the address you provided us with immediately after receiving payment. It will take a maximum of 2-3 working days (exceptions: see the conditions of delivery in the product descriptions). Should you have purchased a digital product (Software or an Exercise Pool), we will activate your access as soon as payment has been received.

What happens if I’ve booked an event?
If you’ve booked an event, we will send all the necessary documentation to the e-mail address you provided us with once we have received payment.

 

Exercise Pool

What happens once I’ve bought the Exercise Pool?
As soon as you’ve purchased our Exercise Pool and we’ve received payment, you’ll receive your login data by e-mail. You can use this data to log in to our internal area, where you can access the exercise videos at any time – wherever you want and whenever you want.

Where do I find the login area for the Exercise Pool?
You’ll find the login button in the top right corner of all pages on our website. Click here and enter the login details that you received from us by e-mail.

What are the technical requirements?
You need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC with an Internet connection.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my login details?
Click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login page and request a new password. This will then be sent to the e-mail address you provided us with.

And what if I want to use the Goalkeeping Software as well?
As our Exercise Pool is part of our Goalkeeping Software, it can also be accessed using your login data after paying a licence fee. Just send us an e-mail with your request or purchase the software in our shop.

What is the Goalkeeping Software?
Our Goalkeeping Software is a service package for goalkeeping coaches and goalkeepers. It helps to improve your goalkeeping training on a daily basis, offering many features such as training planning, training documentation, finished training plans, exercise videos, upload, game documentation, analysis tools and statistics.

How do I get the Goalkeeping Software?
Our Goalkeeping Software is a web app. This means you won’t find it in app stores. Instead, you can access it by going to our website on your web browser and clicking on the “Software” section. This means that you can access the software using different devices – including your smartphone while on the go – at any time.

How does the trial month of the Goalkeeping Software work?
Test out our Goalkeeping Software for 1 month for free and with no obligation! You can use all the features wherever you want and whenever you want.  After the trial month is up, your access will be ended atuomatically. You do not need to cancel your account additionally.

How can I use the Goalkeeping Software on an ongoing basis?
If you find that you have been won over by our Goalkeeping Software, you can set up ongoing access by paying a licence fee.

For how long can I use the Goalkeeping Software after making the purchase?
After payment has been received and the software has been activated, you are able to use it for a period of 12 months. Notice of cancellation must be given four weeks in advance of the end of the licence period. Your licence will be automatically lengthened for a further 12 months if you do not cancel your subscription, and you will receive a bill from us unsolicited for the new subscription period.

What is the quickest way to access the Goalkeeping Software?
First open up our website. When you’re there, go on to the settings in your web browser and select “Add to start screen”. Now you will have a Goalkeeping Development icon on your start screen and you can access the software simply by clicking on it.
