Which payment options do I have?
Our store offers you with Paypal the possibility to pay with SEPA direct debit or with credit card. You do not need a Paypal account.

Where can I find my invoices?
We will send your invoices to the e-mail address you provided us with.

How is my personal data used?
We will not forward your personal data to third parties. We will only use it to process your purchases.

How do I receive my goods?
We will send your goods to the address you provided us with immediately after receiving payment. It will take a maximum of 2-3 working days (exceptions: see the conditions of delivery in the product descriptions). Should you have purchased a digital product (Software or an Exercise Pool), we will activate your access as soon as payment has been received.

What happens if I’ve booked an event?
If you’ve booked an event, we will send all the necessary documentation to the e-mail address you provided us with once we have received payment.

What is the Goalkeeping Software?
Our Goalkeeping Software is a service package for goalkeeping coaches and goalkeepers. It helps to improve your goalkeeping training on a daily basis, offering many features such as training planning, training documentation, finished training plans, exercise videos, upload, game documentation, analysis tools and statistics.

How do I get the Goalkeeping Software?
Our Goalkeeping Software is a web app. This means you won’t find it in app stores. Instead, you can access it by going to our website on your web browser and clicking on the “Software” section. This means that you can access the software using different devices – including your smartphone while on the go – at any time.

How does the free trial period of the Goalkeeping Software work?
Test our Goalkeeping Software with all functions for 10 days. Your account turns automatically into a subscription upon expiry of the trial period. You can send us your cancellation by mail any time during your trial or by the end of your chosen payment period.

How can I use the Goalkeeping Software on an ongoing basis?
If you like to use our software on an ongoing basis you can wait until your trial period changes upon expiry into a full licence. If you did not use our trial you can purchase a licence in our shop anytime.

Which payment options do I have?
You will receive an invoice from us which you can pay using bank transfer, Paypal, SEPA direct debit or credit card.

For how long can I use the Goalkeeping Software after making the purchase?
By purchasing a license for our goalkeeping software, you take on a long-term membership. The period of notice is the end of the license duration. If you do not give notice in due time, the membership and year-long-license will be automatically extended for a further 12 months. By choosing the monthly payment the period of notice is the end of the month. If you do not give notice in due time, the membership and license will be automatically extended for another month. In all cases, an invoice for the new term will be automatically sent to you.

How can I cancel my license?
To cancel, simply log in to our customer portal with your e-mail address and click on the "Cancel license" button. Your cancellation date will be displayed automatically. Customer portal

What are the technical requirements?
You need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC with an Internet connection. Our software works on both Android and iOS devices.

Where do I find the login area for the Goalkeeping Software?
You’ll find the login button in the top right corner of all pages on our website. Enter your login details here.

What is the quickest way to access the Goalkeeping Software?
First open up our website. When you’re there, go on to the settings in your web browser and select “Add to start screen”. Now you will have a Goalkeeping Development icon on your start screen and you can access the software simply by clicking on it.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my login details?
Click on “Reset your password” on the login page. You will receive an e-mail with further information to reset your password.

What do I do if I want to change my password or personal data?
For this purpose, there is an account settings section in the software. Click on Account - My Data. There you can change your password or other personal data.

How are my details saved in the Goalkeeping Software used?
We will not forward your personal data or your saved training data to third parties. Only you have access to your saved data.
